These terms apply when you access VinVyn Solutions, create an account or use its freelancer marketplace. By continuing, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Beta service
VinVyn is currently a beta marketplace. Features may change, be limited or occasionally be unavailable. Accounts and marketplace records are real, but VinVyn does not currently process payments or hold funds.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements. Provide accurate information, keep access to your Google or email account secure, and do not share or misuse another person’s account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Companies and freelancers
Companies are responsible for lawful, accurate job briefs and for assessing whether a freelancer is suitable. Freelancers are responsible for accurate profiles, proposals and work. Both sides must agree the project scope, ownership, confidentiality, taxes, payment method and any other commercial terms directly before work begins.
VinVyn’s role
VinVyn provides tools for discovery, proposals, invitations, milestones, submissions and reviews. VinVyn is not the employer, employee, agent, partner or legal representative of any marketplace user and does not guarantee that a user, job, proposal or outcome is suitable, lawful or genuine.
Payments and future fees
Payments remain outside VinVyn during the beta. Do not enter card or banking information into marketplace fields. If third-party payments or platform fees are introduced, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be shown before they apply; no future pricing statement on the marketing site creates a current payment obligation.
Acceptable use
Do not use VinVyn for fraud, unlawful work, discrimination, harassment, spam, malware, deceptive reviews, intellectual-property infringement or attempts to bypass security. Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service. VinVyn may restrict or suspend accounts and remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give VinVyn permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the marketplace. You must have the right to submit the content and must respect confidential information and third-party rights.
Projects and disputes
Users are responsible for their agreements and for resolving project or payment disputes between themselves during the beta. VinVyn may review platform records and moderate accounts but is not required to decide contractual disputes or recover external payments.
Availability and responsibility
VinVyn is provided on a beta, as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VinVyn is not responsible for indirect losses or for another user’s conduct, services, content or failure to pay. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and contact
VinVyn may update these terms as the marketplace develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date or appropriate notice. Questions or account requests can be submitted through VinVyn’s company website.
