This policy explains what information VinVyn Solutions collects and how it is used when you visit the website, create an account or use the freelancer marketplace.
Google sign-in
If you continue with Google, Google and our authentication provider send VinVyn the basic account details needed to sign you in, which may include your name, verified email address, profile image and a unique account identifier. VinVyn uses this information only to authenticate you, create or reconnect your marketplace account, display your account details and protect the service. VinVyn does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or other Google services.
Email sign-in
If you continue with email, we use your email address to send a one-time code or secure login link. Our authentication and transactional email providers process the address only as needed to deliver and validate that message.
Profile and marketplace information
We store the company or freelancer profile information you submit. Public freelancer profile details may be shown to signed-in companies. We also store jobs, proposals, shortlists, project invitations, milestone status, reviews and related activity so the marketplace works and the owner can moderate it. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment card details or unnecessary confidential client information.
Sessions and security
Secure session cookies are used to keep you signed in. Technical logs, request details and security signals may be processed to prevent abuse, diagnose errors and keep the service reliable.
Payments
VinVyn does not currently process payments, hold funds or collect payment credentials. Companies and freelancers arrange payment separately during this beta. This policy will be updated before any third-party payment service is enabled.
Service providers
VinVyn uses service providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, content delivery and transactional email. These may include Google, Supabase, OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare and the configured email delivery provider. They process information only to provide their respective services and under their own terms and privacy commitments.
AutomaticSales
If VinVyn connects its AutomaticSales webhook, selected operational events such as account creation, job publication or project progress may be sent to that system. The Control Room shows whether the connection is configured.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, disputes, legal obligations and service records. To request access, correction, restriction or deletion, use the contact options on VinVyn’s company website and identify the email address used for your account.
Changes
VinVyn may update this policy when the marketplace, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
