What this form is for

VinVyn uses the early-access form to collect interest from companies and freelancers. It does not create a marketplace account, place an order or process a payment.

What we collect

Your name, email address, selected role and region, any introduction you choose to provide, and the time and version of your consent. Please do not include identity documents, financial details or confidential client information.

How it is used

VinVyn uses your submission to review early-access interest and contact you about relevant next steps. Applying does not guarantee an invitation or work. Your details are not published in a public directory.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in the database supporting this site, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The application list is restricted to the VinVyn site owner. No information is sent to a payment provider through this form.

Spam prevention

The server uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The raw network address is not stored in the application database. Expired limiter records are removed as new applications are processed. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Corrections or removal

To correct or remove your application, or withdraw your agreement to be contacted, use the contact options on VinVyn’s company website and identify the email address used to apply. Applications are retained for the early-access programme unless you request removal.

This notice describes the current early-access form. Any future marketplace accounts, third-party payments or additional data uses will need their own information before you use them.
